How do I use Gradescope’s Roadmap?
All the content is organized into 4 columns: Beta, Now, Next, and Later.
| Column name | Description |
|---|---|
| Beta | Features that are in a later stage of development but are not yet ready for general availability, often requiring additional testing by users. To access beta features, email help@gradescope.com. |
| Now | Well-defined ideas that are actively being developed and tested, with expected availability in the coming months. |
| Next | Features that are in an earlier stage of the development cycle or are prioritized for development after the items in Now. |
| Later | Features or initiatives that are in the planning or research stage for future development. |
Providing Feedback
Share your feedback by emailing feedback@gradescope.com. We look forward to hearing from you.
Known Issues
You can view all known bugs and issues for Gradescope on the known issues page. Each card has a description of the issue, known workarounds, and the long-term plan for the fix.
Submit a new Known Issue
- Search for any features or issues by topic and review the existing cards to make sure it’s not already a known issue.
- If you are experiencing a new known issue, please email customer support at help@gradescope.com and include any feedback, images, or screen recordings for the bug and the page link that has the bug. This helps customer support to reproduce the bug.
Does Gradescope have a service status page?
Yes, Gradescope’s status page, https://gradescope.statuspage.io/, provides real-time and recorded information about our system status. Current operational status across all of our environments, any scheduled maintenance, and all recorded past incidents are listed within the page.
Each status is color coded with a description:
- Green - The green banner indicates that all systems are operational. If you are experiencing issues, please contact us at help@gradescope.com
- Yellow - The yellow banner indicates that there is currently a degraded performance on one or more of the services.
- Amber - The amber banner indicates that there is a partial outage. This means that some services are experiencing issues.
- Red - The red banner indicates that there is a major outage. We are working to rectify this.
- Blue - The blue banner indicates that maintenance to one or more of our services is in progress.
To be notified of any operational disturbances, select Subscribe to Updates and provide us with your preferred contact details.
What happened to the old Roadmap?
The new roadmap provides greater insight into our prioritization for feature development by identifying what is in beta, what is being worked on now, what is next, and what comes after that.
Release notes and known issues have been migrated from the previous roadmap to Gradescope Guides.
All of the ideas, suggestions, and votes users have shared over the years have been saved from the previous roadmap to inform product development. Continue sharing your feedback by emailing feedback@gradescope.com.
